Flag Football

Flag Football: Sign ups open June 23 and season will start in August.  Program will be for K-2^nd (2 Divisions: Competitive and Recreation) and Recreation Division for 3^rd to 8^th grade and a Recreation Division for  high school age.

Kindergarten-2nd grade level we are offering two divisions, Competitive and Recreation.

K-2^nd Competitive league play: (Wood County League)

This is for children who have a better understanding of how flag football works and they will be playing against a higher level of competition. There will be an assessment, and if we feel the child isn’t ready for this league we will have that conversation with the parents. Cost is $40 (includes football shirt and socks)

• Game Location: Wood County and other areas depending on the league.

K-2^nd Recreation League Plan

Recreation League - This level of play is more focused towards teaching the basics and learning the game. They will practice on the same days and same time as the competitive league, and have a weekly game throughout the season to get the player the game time needed to develop. Cost is $40 (includes football shirt and socks)

• Age/Grade range: 3^rd to 8^th grade
• Age/Grade range: 9^th-12^th grade
• Sign ups open: July 1
• Sign ups Close: August 15
• Practice Starts: August 18
• Games Start: September 6th
• Season Ends: October 25
• Cost: $40
